We are Etergo. We're on a mission to accelerate the global transition towards sustainable energy and transportation by creating a safe, scalable and environmentally friendly alternative to petrol and diesel vehicles. Founded in 2014, we have grown our company with over 60 agile thinkers, building high-end electric transportation. We are currently working on #AppScooter, our first product, to demonstrate that city mobility can be clean, and deeply integrated with technologies that connect us.

As we are growing fast, we are now looking for a Network / Store Development Manager to join our team in the Amsterdam office.

What you will actually be doing;

  • Manage end-to-end all activities / work-streams to create company flagship stores across various cities in Europe;
  • Be responsible for country / city mapping to identify locations for flagship stores & network expansion;
  • Be responsible for creating the strategy of expansion, audit standards etc;
  • Be responsible for identifying opportunities for Ola's footprint expansion;
  • Be responsible for maintaining & auditing the physical touchpoints & flagship stores, also the brand custodian across our touchpoints;
  • Be responsible for contract negotiation, approvals, signing, renewal etc;
  • Be responsible for training the staff of flagship store & any other touchpoint that we may create;
  • Be responsible for identifying & driving key GTM projects related to expansion such as tie-up with Ecom players, Super marts etc.


This is the right role for you if:

  • You have worked worked with an Automotive / retail company as retail / network expansion;
  • You have at least 7-10 years of experience;
  • You have an Architecture background (a plus);
  • You don’t have constraints with location or traveling;
  • You are comfortable to work in an individual contributor role.
